Reward Funding earns The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ accolade two years in a row

May 27, 2025

Original alternative finance lender Reward Funding is today celebrating being recognised in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025’ medium organisations category for the second year in a row.

Reward has been recognised among a leading group of organisations following extensive analysis of 50,000 companies across 26 industries, with the prestigious awards celebrating workplaces that lead the way in employee experience, wellbeing and satisfaction across the UK.

With six regional offices across the UK, stretching from Scotland to London, Reward’s recognition by The Sunday Times highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive and high-performing culture, as well as setting the highest possible standards across employee satisfaction and training.

Reward recently launched its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), developed in collaboration with all members of the team, and was instrumental in shaping the accolade. The launch is part of the broader refresh of its people brand, Evo, which reflects their continued investment into their people, putting them at the heart of everything they do.

In parallel, the brand has consistently championed wellbeing initiatives, from mental health first aider training to regular wellness sessions – all designed to support individuals and reinforce that the success of Reward is driven by its people.

Commenting on The Sunday Times award, Nick Smith, Group Managing Director for Reward Funding, said: “Strong relationships, both inside and outside the business, are key to our ongoing success. A positive, supporting culture where we thrive together benefits everyone at Reward. It is reflected in the strong partnerships we continue to build every day with our introducers, clients and partners.”

“Being recognised with this prestigious accolade for the second-year running is a fantastic reflection of our team’s commitment to building an outstanding culture, shaping the future of our business and making Reward a truly great place to work.”
