Reward has raised an amazing £40,000 for Women’s Aid, its partner charity in 2026, following a year of dedicated fundraising across its five regional UK offices, with support from its wider network, introducers and clients. The funds will help Women’s Aid continue its work to end domestic abuse against women and children, including through its network of almost 300 lifesaving services across England.

Throughout 2026, Reward Team members have taken part in key fundraising activities, including quizzes, golf and padel tournaments, a World Cup competition, step challenges and bake sales. Friends, family members and business partners also championed many of the events or supported the charity through donations via Reward’s JustGiving page.

Giullia Gomes, Senior Partnerships Officer at Women’s Aid, said: “Those we support face unimaginable challenges, and the bravery survivors show from the moment we begin working with them is truly inspiring. We believe our values define who we are as an organisation and they influence our every action and interaction. We are working to end domestic abuse through dedicated support services, campaigning, influencing and training. We keep survivors at the heart of everything we do and want to ensure we provide a platform for their voices to be heard. We also deliver trauma-informed responses to survivors and understand the diversity of their needs.”

“The funds raised are essential for us to continue our work and a donation of this scale will make a huge difference. We want to say a massive thank you to the entire Reward Team and all those who took part in the events and donated.”

Nick Smith, Reward Funding’s CEO, added: “Women’s Aid was a very clear choice for our chosen charity this year. The lifesaving work they do to support women and children in indescribably difficult situations is second to none. We are honoured to be able to support such a vital cause and are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to join our events and donate.”

“I’ve been incredibly proud to see colleagues across Reward, alongside our partners, brokers and clients throw themselves into fundraising throughout the year. The cheque presentation was a very meaningful moment for all of us and a true reflection of the dedication that went into every single fundraising event we hosted.”

The support and funds raised for Women’s Aid form part of Reward Funding’s wider Giving Back programme, which encourages the teams across the five UK offices to fundraise and volunteer for important causes in need of support. Since 2018, the business has raised over £238,000 for its charity partners and community causes, continuing a strong legacy of community impact and life-changing support.
