Marketing Co-ordinator
We currently have a new opportunity for a full-time Marketing Co-ordinator, in our Leeds region.
As Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing activity to life, supporting the team across the full marketing mix. From campaigns, digital and PR to communications, events and day-to-day admin, you’ll help Reward attract, educate and retain both introducers and clients.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager as part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, you’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy that engages both external and internal audiences and drives real impact.
The Work
Responsibilities
- Champion Reward’s brand identity at every touchpoint.
- Develop ideas and content that are on-brand, aligned to our brand guidelines and deliver on our brand promise.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and external partners to integrate communications, events and campaigns with wider brand activity.
- Plan and deliver communications, events and campaigns from concept to execution, generating creative ideas to maximise impact.
- Research industry trends and audience insights to inform recommendations for future communications, events and campaigns.
- Create and deliver marketing materials, both in-house and with external agencies, including eNews letters, literature, presentations, email templates, intranet and website content, promotional items, event collateral and videos/podcasts.
- Support all stages of events – pre-event logistics, on-the-day delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with digital marketing activity – social media, website, intranet and profile listings.
- Support on the delivery of our PR strategy, with our external PR consultant, in the creation and development of press releases, case studies, features and thought leadership.
- Assist with online and offline advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the Contact Database/CRM.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activity.
- Provide administrative support, including arranging meetings, travel and accommodation, along with general office duties.
- Deliver all tasks to a high standard, on time and within budget, demonstrating Reward’s values.
The Person
Skills and experience
- Marketing, events and/or communication experience is desirable but not essential.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C).
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with Directors and the wider Team, customers and external agencies and suppliers.
- Creative with a good eye for design.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube).
- Experience of Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, CapCut, Vimeo and Trustpilot is beneficial.
- Self-starter with a genuine passion for marketing and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
Requirements
- You will be required to attend events and travel to other locations and Reward offices – this may include an overnight stay.
