Partnerships Executive

We currently have a new opportunity for a full-time Partnerships Executive.

The Partnerships Executive will be responsible for expanding our market presence through the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new Intermediaries. As one of Reward’s first points of contact, the Partnerships Executive will play a key role in developing and executing our sales and business strategies. They will identify and forge relationships with Intermediaries in preparation for our Sales team, whilst embracing a high-performance culture and demonstrating our Company values.

Desirable

  • Proven experience within SME banking or secured lending, as a Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
  • Relevant financial qualifications preferred but not essential.
