Partnerships Executive
We currently have a new opportunity for a full-time Partnerships Executive.
The Partnerships Executive will be responsible for expanding our market presence through the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new Intermediaries. As one of Reward’s first points of contact, the Partnerships Executive will play a key role in developing and executing our sales and business strategies. They will identify and forge relationships with Intermediaries in preparation for our Sales team, whilst embracing a high-performance culture and demonstrating our Company values.
The Work
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve new Introducer targets in line with business objectives.
- To identify new Introducer relationships to explore, using Association membership lists, general market research and networking activity.
- Attend industry events, as required, raising Reward’s profile and evaluating potential new Introducers.
- Evaluate prospective relationships to ensure they are aligned with how we operate and within our commercial sectors.
- Proactively contact and pitch to prospective new Introducers, informing them of Reward’s product range, and building the relationship to include their onboarding.
- Assign the Introducer to the relevant Business Development Director, once appropriate leads are received.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Introducers through regular engagement – including visits, whilst providing tailored financial solutions.
- Ensure a high level of Introducer satisfaction by delivering consistent and exceptional service, as well as value-added solutions.
- To provide performance and activity reports to Introducers.
- Facilitate a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Introducer to understand their specific needs and resolve any concerns.
- Drive efficiencies and ensure consistency in all sales processes and procedures, through building best practice, regular reviews of their effectiveness and encouraging innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, to implement client enhancing solutions.
- Provide market insight regarding Introducer geography and activity to support the Sales strategy.
- Be an ambassador for Reward by representing and attending networking events and functions to elevate our brand within the marketplace.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Directors and Head of Partnerships to promote brand identity and expand our Introducer network.
- Work collaboratively to improve & maintain operational efficiency.

Skills and experience
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability and confidence to make the first proactive step in contacting a prospective relationship.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical ability to assess client financials and market conditions to independently assess whether a lead is right for us.
- Results-driven with a focus on Introducer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Desirable
- Proven experience within SME banking or secured lending, as a Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
- Relevant financial qualifications preferred but not essential.
Requirements
- You will be required to travel for Introducer visits, attend events and to other Reward Funding offices – these may include an overnight stay.
