We support our communities by providing funding to SMEs in various sectors, creating employment opportunities and assisting those in need. Our people are our most important resource, and we nurture our team to develop and retain the best talent.
Charity:
Reward partners with a charity annually, which is nominated and voted for by the Reward Team, supporting the charity through matched financial contributions and fundraising events. Employees have volunteering days to support a charity of their choice.
Fundraising:
Over the last seven years, Reward has raised a total of £170,000 supporting our corporate partner charities plus additional local causes – The Giving Back section of our website records the activity undertaken with each charity partner.

Reward has attained Level 2 Disability Confident Employer status and is working towards Level 3.
Learning & Development:
Reward provides a structured L&D programme for all members of the team, including Information Security, AML, Data Protection, DE&I.

We provide all Reward Team members, from the first day of joining the business, with private medical insurance, a healthcare cash plan, 10% employer contribution and death in service benefit.
Wellbeing:
A Wellness Team which includes trained Menopause Champions and Mental Health First Aiders is in place to provide support and ‘drop-in sessions’ to all employees.

Team Building:
Employees have an annual offsite event where the team undertakes team-building activities, celebrates at an all-staff awards dinner and meets motivational speakers.
