As Managing Director – Sales & Distribution, Gemma is responsible for leading Reward’s nationwide Sales Teams and driving the national sales strategy.
Her focus is on increasing awareness of Reward’s proposition in the external market, building lasting relationships with introducers and ultimately delivering funding solutions to UK SMEs. Gemma joined Reward as Commercial Director in 2017 with over 20 years of lending experience within financial services with RBS.
Gemma’s background was originally in operations before a passion for driving innovation and change drove her to move into more strategic roles and ultimately into leading sales teams across the UK. Gemma brings strong industry expertise and leadership experience to Reward.
