Luke leads the Client Services Team, which is responsible for managing and guiding clients through every stage of their journey with Reward once they come on board. His team plays a pivotal role in maximising the client experience, ensuring a smooth and supportive process from start to finish.
Luke has been with Reward for over six years, during which time he has also worked in the Business Development team in Leeds. Prior to joining Reward, he gained valuable experience in Asset Finance, Trade Finance and Invoice Finance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry and the needs of a diverse client portfolio.
