Lending Services Manager
Gemma plays a key role in supporting the Business Development team and Reward’s clients, helping to progress new deals through the full lending lifecycle.
Gemma also works closely with the Client Relationship Managers, providing legal support for changes to existing loans and ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Gemma began her career in personal banking, where she spent 11 years developing her financial expertise.
Outside of work, Gemma is married with two boys. She enjoys going to the gym and taking part in fitness events, especially those that support charitable causes. Gemma also loves travelling and creating memorable experiences with her family.
