Adrian also expands Reward’s network of introducers and commercial finance brokers as a business ambassador, aligning the sales strategy with broader growth aims.
With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across various sectors – and a focus on strategic partnerships and national business development in commercial finance over the past six years – Adrian brings invaluable expertise to Reward.
