David Jones
Founding Director
After more than 20 years in banking, Dave moved into asset-based lending with Aldermore Invoice Finance where, as Regional Managing Director, he built the Yorkshire and North East office into one of the region’s largest and most successful independent funders.
He then formed Reward, teaming up with Tom Flannery, as the main driver behind the growth in new business. Dave stepped down from the Managing Director role in 2020. Although semi-retired, he still keeps busy with the occasional large deal and still enjoys putting the fun in funding.
