Business Development Director – Reward Asset Finance
Joe is a Business Development Director for Reward Asset Finance, based in Manchester.
In his role, Joe supports the introducers’ market by delivering flexible, bespoke asset finance solutions across a wide range of complex, multi-industry deals. Joe began his career in banking straight out of college, progressing into specialist roles where he combined industry expertise with hands-on dealmaking. He has also led a team of Area Sales Managers whilst continuing to originate and deliver his own transactions, demonstrating both strong leadership and commercial capability. This breadth of experience continues to inform his client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Joe is a qualified Mountain Leader and regularly supports community and voluntary initiatives. He has a long-standing passion for martial arts and has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over ten years. Joe also enjoys endurance challenges, including long-distance running and hiking.
