Nick as Chief Executive Officer at Reward is responsible for driving the business forward. His focus, since joining the company in 2016, on strategic investment, innovation and expansion ensures Reward remains committed to delivering outstanding value to introducers and clients.
Nick works with his team in the market and supports all client-facing team members as part of his role on the Reward Board. With more than 30 years’ experience in the SME finance sector, covering asset-based lending, invoice finance and international trade, he applies his expertise to all areas of the business.
Prior to joining Reward, Nick was an executive team member at Aldermore’s invoice finance business, and following that was a board member and Group Sales Director for Ultimate Finance.
