As Strategy & Programme Director, it’s fair to say Sharon’s role at Reward Funding is diverse as it spans all areas of Reward including risk, products, operational excellence and change.
Leveraging her extensive experience in business banking, Sharon is ultimately responsible for setting and delivering the strategic vision for our business to ensure we realise our ambition and amplify the company’s assets, client base and steadfast support for SMEs.
As a passionate organiser, Sharon’s love of structure, process and lists makes her a natural fit for her role.
Outside of work, she’s a keen Peloton user, avid netball supporter of her two teenage daughters and loves getting out into the fresh air with her husband and their cockerpoo, Theo.
