Steve is Managing Director of Operations, leading all aspects of our client relationships on a national level.
With over 30 years of experience leading teams regionally and nationally in financial services, supporting SMEs across a full spectrum of roles including risk, sales, client relationships and operations, Steve brings a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge to Reward.
Formerly Chief Operating Officer at Ultimate Finance and, prior to this, Risk Director in Business Finance at Aldermore, following over 20 years in senior leadership roles at RBS/NatWest, Steve remains as committed as ever to delivering service excellence for our clients.
