David Harrop
Group Finance Director
David has been with Reward since the business started in 2011, and as the Group Finance Director has been responsible for raising the capital required to successfully fund the company’s growth to date – most recently leading the comprehensive £360m refinance completed in Spring 2025.
In addition to capital raising and managing relationships with Reward’s funders and other key stakeholders, David’s role encompasses leadership of Reward’s high-performing Finance Team, with responsibility for statutory and management reporting, forecasting, treasury management and all tax matters.
David began his career at Deloitte, specialising in corporate finance in both the UK and Australia. Before joining Reward, he gained industry experience through as a Director at Moorgarth Property Group and at Scarborough Property Group, where he took Finance Director roles at group companies, including serviced office business Forsyth Business Centres and Sheffield United Football Club.
