Business Development Director – London & South East
Tom is a Business Development Director at Reward, covering the South East region.
Having originally joined as a Relationship Manager, Tom brings a strong understanding of the full client lifecycle. He is focused on growing Reward’s presence across the Thames Valley, unlocking the region’s business potential and delivering Reward’s unique relationship-led approach. With extensive experience spanning both origination and portfolio management, Tom ensures a seamless transition from deal completion through to in-life management. His end-to-end perspective enhances the client experience and supports the delivery of consistently high levels of service.
Outside of work, Tom is a proud dad to two boys who both play ice hockey. His eldest son represented England at the Quebec Peewee tournament, while his youngest has been selected as an underage player for a European select team. Tom also coaches ice hockey and most of his evenings and weekends are spent at the rink.
